Matador Fire™'s retardant has been protecting properties from wildfire for over 4 years. Of the 432 homes treated in 2025, 100% remain standing. The product was tested in the "red zone" of 4 active wildfires (including the Palisades and Eaton fires). Of the treated properties, 68 faced a direct threat and 13 were in the direct fire line — all survived. It is currently used by private firefighting crews for large-scale residential protection.
Yes. The retardant carries an EPA Category IV rating — the lowest hazard classification, "practically non-toxic." It's independently tested by StillMeadow, Inc., non-toxic to people, pets, and plants, and dries clear on most surfaces. It's on client properties across Los Angeles year-round.
